The Bilco Thermally Broken Aluminum Equipment Roof Hatch provides secure, energy-efficient roof access with R-20+ polyisocyanurate insulation in a thermally broken cover and curb that resists condensation. Available in standard single-leaf sizes including 36 in. x 36 in. (E) and 36 in. x 54 in. (NB), each hatch ships as one complete unit in mill finish aluminum. The curb features the Bil-Clip flashing system for fast single-ply attachment.
Fit and Compatibility
Fits the curb opening for the selected size: E-50 at 36 in. x 36 in. or NB-50 at 36 in. x 54 in., with other standard Bilco single-leaf sizes (S, L, F, GS) and special sizes available upon request. The Bil-Clip curb integrates with single-ply roofing membranes; flashing materials and roof membrane are supplied separately.
