Siding
Details & specifications.
From the maker · the maker’s description
Allura Spectrum Traditional Lap Siding is fiber cement lap siding with a deep, realistic wood grain, supplied in Pure White at 8-1/4 in. x 12 ft. per board, one piece per order. It is formulated to outlast traditional wall cladding or vinyl siding and pairs with Allura trim and soffit.
Coverage & How Much You Need
Boards are 12 ft. long; actual wall coverage depends on the installed exposure you choose — divide wall height per course by your exposure, then divide wall length by 12 ft. per board, adding waste for laps and cuts.
Fit and Compatibility
Part of the Allura fiber cement line; pair with Allura trim, soffit, backerboard and corner components. Follow Allura fastening and clearance requirements for lap installation.

Guide
How many squares
- 1
Squares
Siding is ordered by the square: 100 sq ft of wall. Add each wall’s width × height, then subtract the openings you will not cover.
- 2
Waste
Add 10% for a simple wall and 15% for gables and many corners.
- 3
The rest of the wall
House wrap, starter, J-channel, corners and soffit are their own line items.
