Inbox Connect is an optional feature of the Super Arbor Pro Max trade program. When you sign up with Google or Microsoft, you grant us read-only access to your mailbox so we can find your supplier purchase receipts, price-match what you already buy, and verify your trade eligibility. This page explains exactly what we access, what we store, and how to disconnect.
What we access
- Read-only receipts. We scan for supplier order confirmations, receipts, and invoices from roughly the last 90 days — merchants like Home Depot, Ferguson, SRS Distribution, and similar.
- Nothing else is kept. Personal mail, conversations, and anything that is not a purchase record are ignored. Message content is processed in memory and never stored.
What we store
- Structured purchase data only: merchant, date, order total, item names, and category.
- Your access credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to perform the scans you authorized.
How we use it
- To build your personalized price-match comparison against Super Arbor trade catalogs.
- To verify that you buy materials professionally (trade-eligibility review).
- To recommend better-fit products and prepare your Pro Max account.
What we never do
- No advertising use, no selling or renting your data, no transfer to data brokers.
- No humans read your email content, except with your explicit permission, for security review, or where required by law.
- No use of your data to train generalized machine-learning or AI models.
Limited Use disclosure
Super Arbor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of Microsoft account data likewise follows the Microsoft APIs Terms of Use.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect at any time — from your Pro Max account, by emailing promax@superarbor.com, or by revoking access in your Google Account permissions (or Microsoft account settings). On disconnect we stop all scanning and delete your stored credentials; you may also request deletion of your extracted purchase data at the address above.
