What to measure before ordering
- Identify what you are replacing.
A slab is the door panel. A prehung unit includes a frame. Record whether you need a slab or a complete unit, and check exactly what the selected product includes.
- Measure the opening and the frame.
Record the width and height in several places, plus the wall or jamb depth. Keep rough-opening measurements separate from the existing door's dimensions. Include the units with every measurement.
- Confirm the swing and the exact model.
Note which side the hinges sit on, the side you are viewing from, and whether the door swings toward or away from you. Confirm handing terminology and required clearances against the manufacturer's documentation for the selected SKU.

This barn door is constructed with solid Knotty Pine and is available in a beaded or smooth finish. It comes pre-drilled for hardware and is sold separately. The K-Bar design allows for flexible mounting on either the left or right side of the frame. Customize the look by staining or painting it to your preference.
